I can relate emphatically to how satisfying to be a nude handyman or DIY'er but he seems to be pushing the limit regarding how far out he seems to flaunt himself. If the neighbors don't mind, great. But once the complaints start flying, you need to respect the norms of the neighborhood. I regularly work outside in my back yard and have taken great lengths to shield my yard from public view. There is one window that can peer into my private space across the street and it's always closed, which I usually confirm before I let my guard down. Sorry, but he seems to need a slight attitude adjustment from what is presented.
