I thought I had read that they tried that once but the voter turnout was too low so they didn't do it again. I'll do some research but I could have sworn I read that someplace ... maybe in one of the orgs periodicals. But ... we vote naked anyway. We vote absentee ballot!
I found what I was looking for. Apparently several years ago the Caliente Resort in FL petitioned for a clothing optional polling place at the resort. At the time, Caliente was affiliated with AANR. A local paper ran the story but because there were already polling places in the area of Caliente, they were told it wasn't a priority because they needed polling places in other areas.
So ... I guess it's been researched and the Registrar Voter offices didn't deny it but there wasn't a need in Caliente's area.
I found what I was looking for. It was several years ago when Caliente Tampa was affiliated with AANR. The resort had petitioned to have a clothing optional polling place but due to need of polling places in other areas, their request wasn't granted at that time. Not sure if they ever tried again after their initial request.

With the attitude of the community in Pasco CTY, I am surprised that the community hasn't asked for one polling site to have a C/O widow of about 30 minutes to an hour as a reasonable accommodation. There are 50k or so admitted nudists in the area and the county has spent onside ramble sums on advertising locally and in Europe.
