He claimed "oh it's a judgement free zone, isn't it?" when the cops came to take him away.

Almost like the Canadian case where the guy was drove naked through drive-up coffee shops...claimed "it's OK, I'm a nudist" and when the cops (and the judge) didn't accept that, he went - unsuccessfully - into the "free expression" defense.
