  • Joe Biden is a skinny dipper!

I haven't read the book "The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal Hidden Lives of the Presidents", which was published in 2014, but I get the impression that author, Ronald Keller, intended to take a swipe at Joe Biden with the statement "Agents say that, whether at the vice president’s residence or at his home in Delaware, Biden has a habit of swimming in his pool nude." The author goes on to state that agents find that “being assigned to his detail is considered the second worst assignment in the Secret Service." According to agents, Hillary Clinton takes the number one spot.. If the author's intent was to make me dislike Joe Biden, it backfired. An article about the book can be found at the following link.

John Quincy Adams was too. So there is a precedent and if skinny dipping is the worst thing that they can think of, Joe just might be able to get the votes he needs. Mine is one of them.

Both JFK and LBJ used the White House pool nude. Nixon was in a different category. He wore a suit and tie even when strolling on a beach.

The current first couple represent polar opposites. It's difficult to find a photo of our president wearing anything other than a suit and tie. There are some photos of him dressed casually when golfing or playing tennis, but I haven't seen any photos of him in a swimsuit on a beach or by a pool even though he owns a beachfront resort in southern Florida. On the other hand, our current first lady has a great physique and wasn't afraid to flaunt it when she was working as a model.

I'm wondering why those who were offended could just opt out of line of sight protection of him while he was swimming. That would be the solution.
