  • Mass couple walks dog naked

From Metro West Daily News, a Hopkinton couple was arrested after walking their dog whilst naked and fighting the officers trying to arrest them. They may have been on something.

HOPKINTON – An early morning nude walk on Monday eventually led to a fight with cops and a Hopkinton couple facing numerous charges, authorities said. Police arrested Mariel Kinney, 32, and Kevin Pinto, 30, after the 6:30 a.m. incident on Hayden Rowe Street. “It was kind of wild,” said Police Chief Joseph Bennett. “It wasn’t the typical day in Hopkinton, that’s for sure. They were buck naked.” Police went to Hayden Rowe Street after receiving

I wouldn’t have called police on them. I may have even have joined them on the walk, dressed.

I don't understand why you would join them and purposely get arrested.

Some people try to get arrested for civil disobedience so they can challenge the law in court. But I’m not sure if that’s the case here. Good question, Cyndiann.

You shouldn't be arrested for walking with nudists. Just like you shouldn't be arrested if you were in the bank while it was being robbed.

If you read the article, the couple were not answering the officers' questions while being questioned on the street and then started to yell and swear at the officers. This behaviour, combined with the nudity, led to their arrest, which they resisted violently, causing one of the officers to receive minor injuries that were patched up at the hospital. Their behaviour beyond the simple nudity made me wonder about their soberness.

Indecent exposure in Mass. is simply intentional exposure of genitals that causes offense. That is way too low of a standard.

We all need to set an example that there are good Naturists out there. 😀

that is the problem it only takes one person to claim they are being offended by seeing some naked to make it a crime. they should be told to just look the away. If the nudist knew that their nudity was bothering someone and they walk in front of them om purpose with the intended to bug them

The question is why are people offended by someone else’s body? Sort of like "racism" against the opposite sex.
