Robert Burck, better known as The Naked Cowboy, used derogatory language toward officers before being arrested in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Apparently, he was arrested for accepting tips from people who liked his playing. However, he didn't seem to be playing for tips. How should he have handled someone who gives someone tips? The reason for the arrest was ridiculous.

Other than calling himself the Naked Cowboy what does he have to do with Nudity

Technically, he has very little to do with nudity. He performs in his underwear, boots, and a cowboy hat, although there may be places in the country where his underwear may lead to indecent exposure charges.

An update: according to https://apnews.com/article/naked-cow...3f1adcedf95664
he pled no contest to resisting arrest and was given time served but the "judge withheld adjudication on the resisting arrest charge, meaning it won’t go down as a conviction on Burck’s record". The panhandlind charge was dismissed.
