I think these laws on "indecent" exposure are stupid. What is indecent about the naked body? I don't where that idea came from and that our "private parts" shouldn't be exposed.
Everyone has the same body parts.
Also, wet clothes are uncomfortable.
This is why don't public places you can go naked in the USA.
Some European Countries allow nudity in public areas, but not here in America.
I think lawmakers don't understand about nudism and body freedom
