I'm glad the man who showed up to court naked wasn't charged with indecent exposure.
That said, lawmakers don't understand what naturism is about. This is why places in America have those stupid indecent exposure laws.
Simply being naked is not indecent or obscene. It only becomes that if you are doing something sexual with your body.
