I have to say that I am dubious about the statement in the article - "Meanwhile, there are more places than ever to sun, swim or build sandcastles au naturel at clothing-optional beaches on every continent." At least in the United States, it seems to me there were more nude beaches a few decades ago than there are now.

It occurs to me there are some notable omissions from the list. I might have included Vera Playa in Spain, which has an adjacent nudist town area, and.Gunnison Beach on Sandy Hook in New Jersey, which is the major nude beach for the New York metro area.
As for myself, the only beach on CNN's list that I've visited is Black's Beach. I have a trip to Haulover on my list of things to do. Perhaps this summer I will finally accomplish that.
