The best source of information is the Naturist UK Fact File (NUFF) web site. You're bound to find something close to where you live. If you're starting out I'd suggest going to one of the many swims organised by various naturist clubs. You'll find friendly people who will generally understand if you are a bit nervous or shy to begin with.

I just saw the site a few minutes ago. I too would recommend it to any or all nudists. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]
