Well only being 14 can be kind of hindering. If you think your parents will be into it, try to get them involved. Then they can take you to resorts or have something notorized saying you can go. If not, try a nude beach if you stay anywhere near one. And if that idea doesn't work, try to invite some friends over (or you all meet somewhere secluded) and just chill naked. Do what you do how you do,
