I guess it is probably not all but definetly most and all the ones I have seen. Seems kind of wiered.

That is a very good question. I cannot speak for everyone but wife and I shave more for the comfort level and the fact of the feeling a cool breeze Lets you know you are truly nude. And to us there is no better feeling than being nude outdoors.

Could it be that those that are shaved are not only brave enough to shave and stand the constant ridicule, innuendo and labeling are JUST a bit braver at posting their picture for an avatar?

I agree with you - it's too uncomfortable - but I, like you, would need to turn round to prove it. Tried shaving that area once and it was mighty itchy.

I would shave more often it I didn't have so much. I don't even comb my hair. Shaving is a chore, but it's Hygenic, and less sweaty, and less odorous.
It's the way to go if you can make or have the time to take care of yourself.
I'm all for it.

And it has NO gay or other conotation to it.

Wow! Didn"t realize it would be so large!! Gary is there anyway of reducing size or should i delete it?

I have deleted the HUGE photo it was about the size of a 6 story building and nobody needs to be subjected to that!!! Suffice to say I am not shaven in my avatar and if you don't believe me use a magnifying glass!!!! lol
