  • Am I a naturist?

I've recently started to feel scared that I might be becoming a naturist, I'm only 20 and still going to college, but I love not wearing clothes, I don't know how to tell anyone, I'm worried what would happen to my image, as I'm very attractive, not to be up myself but I get a lot of guys liking me because of the way I look and I don't want anyone to think I'm a slut.

I've started regularly not wearing underwear since I had a brazilian wax, as I love the feel of a breeze come up under me and it makes me feel really good, and no one knows. When I'm at home I love to sit naked to watch tele and I love to sleep nude. I've been naked at the beach once but it was quite scary as I was on my own, and there were lots of guys naked it felt like they were all looking at me. I decided to go for a walk across the fields near by and I felt much more relaxed as there was no one about I took off my dress and sandles and just enjoyed walking along completely free I found it really exiciting and ended up walking probably a mile or two leaving my dress and sandles behind, I even got to a lane and walked down it a little way finding it exiciting that someone might see me I went into another field it felt so good feeling the warm rays of sun light coming down on me, and the birds singing, I stopped and layed down in the warm grass for a good hour with the warm breeze lapping over my body.

I have edited you post above, to make it more appropriate for CFF. These forums have minors (ages 12 and up) reading and posting. You may post about your experience but not to such detail.

      Thank You

Your countryside walks sounds idyllic on this wet Scottish holiday.

I am only 10 minutes walking from the countryside and if it wasn't for this usual holiday weather I would up and among the fieldss myself. The meadow grass is getting longer just right for finding a spot and watch the clouds go by and hear the bees drone around.

Not sure if it is naturist or nudist but it is pretty cool whatever it is

The naturist part is nothing to be scared of, I'm a little concerned that part of your enjoyment is the thrill of the fear of exposure - which is "pushing the envelope" - not quite the same as exhibitionism, but close. Many (if not most) naturists don't fear being seen nude, their only concern is not to needlessly offend.

You may want to contact BN to see what naturist opportunities there are in your area. Real naturists won't think you are a "slut" or worse.

I had posted recently with the same question. Perhaps I was looking for definition that coincided with my feelings. What I realize now is that the definition of nudist/naturist is what's right for you.

The discussion continued at a gathering at the local nudist resort recently and I discovered that the emotional feelings behind nudism may be more suited to the reasons for your public nudity. Is it the freedom and comfort one experiences from being nude or is the exhibitionism? Again, it really does not matter. Whatever works for you.

Last point, as a single female (or males for that matter), be aware that public nudity in a non-controlled nudist environment can be dangerous or embarassing at the very least. Rule of thumb, try to always have someone else with you. You know, safety in numbers.

From one new nudist to another, have fun, be safe and enjoy being nude whenever possible.

You certainly sound as though you are on your way to being more involved in naturism. I agree with Mark. Contacting BN is definitely a must.

                      Yes.

Also, about the beach thing you mentioned, if the guys were looking at you, I'd lay odds most of them were thinking 'she must be a strong woman, sure of herself' and you most likely impressed the naturists and scared the bejeesus out of the gawkers.

And just in case nobody has said it before now, Welcome to the forums.

I agree with Naturist Mark, there is nothing to be "afraid" of being nude. Maybe yuor feeling as if it may be "wrong" to enjoy being naked so much. I was owned and operated by a predominate religion as a youth and about the time I discovered I REALLY liked being nude (about 15 yrs. old) I thought for sure I was going to hell but as time went by so did the unreasonable guilt I associated with it. So don't be "afraid", celebrate!!!! I also agree with garbo in that it's probably a good idea to have company when in a secluded social setting. Remember, blonde, nudism is not a disease and not a sin. Good luck and enjoy.

Being a naturist/nudist is as much a state of mind as it is a state of dress.
When you believe that clothing is only needed for certain situations and that you feel more comfortable nude when the situation allows.
When you realize there is nothing sinfull or offensive about the human body, or about looking at someone elses nude body.
If these or simular thoughts are present in your mind, you are a naturist.
                          Even when your dressed.

                          Steve

                              I concur.

And please forgive my ignorance if I'm wrong. But the only question popping into my mind is....are you a GUY?
