I haven't worn underwear for some time now. I am late to the nudist/freeballing thing, but if I am not naked I at least don't have underwear. And it cut down on the laundry a bunch too.
I quit wearing underwear years ago. I do not own any underwear. When I was wearing them my creases where legs meet my thighs would always get red. Now I do not have that problem. Besides for doctor visits I am naked faster.
