    Scotsman visiting Houston and Chicago

    Hi all,

    Visiting Houston and Chicago from Scotland this November and wondering where to get naked in both cities.
    Would like to meet other naturists in the area.

      Helluva lot warmer in Houston than Chicago this time of year. Brrrr

        Hello BobH,

        There are 5 landed clubs affiliated with AANR that are within 130 miles of Houston:

        1) Emerald Lake Resort is about 26 miles north of Houston on Hwy 59, at Porter, TX.
        Their privacy fence was blown down by Hurricane Rita, so call them to verify that they're back to nude operation. They've got a big outdoor Hot Tub that overlooks thier 12 acre spring-fed (e.g.- cold) lake. If it's been "winterized", they've also got a smaller Hot Tub on an enclosed porch of the clubhouse that has a wood-burning stove.

        2) Natural Horisun is about 55 miles south-west of Houston, at Boling, TX.
        They've got a nice outdoor Pool and Hot Tub. The Pool is likely to be pretty cool by November, but the Hot Tub will be nice and comfy.

        3) Acorn Acres Resort is about 55 miles south-west of Houston, at Boling, TX.
        They've got a nice outdoor Pool and large, covered Hot Tub. The Pool is likely to be pretty cool by November, but the Hot Tub will be nice and comfy.

        4) Lone Star Resort is about 73 miles north-west of Houston, at Navasota, TX.
        They've got a nice outdoor Pool and Hot Tub. The Pool is likely to be pretty cool by November, but the Hot Tub will be nice and comfy.

        5) Star Ranch is about 130 miles north-west of Houston, at McDade, TX (~35 miles east of Austin).
        This is the club where I'm a member, so I'm a bit biased about reccommending it. It's got a nice outdoor pool that's likely to be pretty cool by November. But, there's also a Heated indoor Pool and Hot Tub to enjoy during cool weather.
