You have to get into your car and drive a little bit but Maine Coast Solar Bares hold their gatherings in Ogunquit, Maine, which is not all that far from Boston.

Naturist New Hampshire also holds some events that are accessible to Boston -- but you need a car to get to them.

There's nothing in and around Boston itself -- the Pilgrim Naturists have a summer event or two but its winter schedule has been dormant for around three years.
