RT: Don't let the non-responses bother you too much. Some people, like myself, do not look at their private messages all of the time. I'll wait for a couple of days in between readings. I found a private message that was three days old before I responded to it. Give it time, you'll get your responses eventually.

As for waiting for a response from an organization, I have read some of these have a bad reputation of responding in a timely manner. This organization has an outstanding record in responding to questions being asked. Give it time.

organization like the INA may receive hundred of mails a day and is normal that they don't reply your mail right away.

So be patient I am sure they will reply to you

Hi RT,
I am Corky Stanton, the webmaster of ClothesFree.com. I have contacted Corey Mangold, INA President, and he says he gets over 500 emails a day and answers most of the non-junk email. I am sorry if he didn't answer yours. Please send a private email to me at [email protected] and I will personally help you with answers or whatever you need. BTW, Corey and the crew will be gone for about two weeks traveling to four different nudist resorts doing taping and educational promotions. Myself and Sam Gallagher will working here at INA headquarters answering email from 9-29 to 10-12-2002.
Thanks!

Hey Corky Dude

Thanks, the email is on it's way.

Sorry if I sounded annoyed, I'm just trying to finalise vacation plans and I need a reply from some of the INA staff.

Just a little suggestion for your e-mail address links. I find it handy to include the subject in the link so that when the e-mail program opens the subject is include for easy reference.

For instance:

Contact INA Staff

thus when the staff receives the e-mail they immediately know by the subject header what the content is. Makes it easier to sort junk mail from customer mail.

I do this as well as use a CGI form-mail script that tracks customer inquiries through a built in tracking system. It tacks on a header that I can identify and assign a level of importance to. It's a relatively inexpensive program that I can provide a link to if you're interested.

In addition you might want to consider including a different e-mail address for different inuqiries. Such as [email protected], [email protected], etc. With each you specify the type of e-mail that should be sent through which link. That way you can easily sort through and know what you're looking for.

P.S. Just noticed that the e-mail address post was converted directly to html, therefore I'll type it again as it should be coded:

<a href="mailto:[email protected]?subject=INA-STAFF QUESTION"><font size="2">Contact INA Staff</font></a>

RT: I did send you a couple of private e-mails.
My computer died a month ago and I've been out of
touch. Hopefully now we can re-connect.
Sorry about that
