This weekend Spielplatz in Hertfordshire is having a couple of open days - all are welcome.
It's a friendly club with a good mix of people, including families, older couples and many people in their twenties and thirties. It's totally free (normally ?25 per day) so if you're finding the British heat too much, come along, get naked, relax. See also:
