I heard thats a good beach, i seen pics.. How is - San Onofre State Beach?? I hav'nt been to a nude beach yet, im new at it. Im looking to meet nudist around my age.

San Onofre is easier to get to, but Blacks draws a bigger crowd, if you want to see more people or be seen by more people.

It depends, to a great extent, on how old you are. If you are a young teen, your options are few. If you are of an age when you can drive, you can indeed visit Blacks or San Onofre, but you will be challenged if you look like an unescorted teen. It is also not a safe thing to do.

If you are 18 or 19 your options expand greatly.

In any case, your best choice is to make online friends in this and other forums. Most forums disallow underaged members to share email or messaging addresses. I'm sure that other's can supply you with acceptable fori.

To answer your immediate question, there are many teen nudists in San Diego. Unless you have a nudist family you will have almost no chance of meeting them. Even young adults have difficulty managing social nudism.

You can do, as someone suggested and as I did as a teen, orgainize a group of your friends for social nudism.

I know that we have had this discussion before, but why must adults hijack youth boards? We have had many teens and younger adults leave because of adults hijacking and offering their unrequested opinions. While there may not be a specific rule against it, if you are an adult....you really shouldn't be posting on a young people's thread. If you are a senior citizen it is improper to be replying to a teen-to-teen post. In fact, it is highly suspect that you'd even be reading the thread.

I consider myself a young nudist, I'm an adult, but I'm a young adult, I don't have kids and I'm not a senior citizen yet. I'm still in school.

To answer Roberts_2006's question..... call me old, but I have to echo that nude beaches are not exactly the most safe or wholesome place for teenagers to hang out. I'm not saying "don't go", but I'll say if you do go, stay safe, stay to the north end of San Onofre, and if you can go with friends.

If your parents know of your nudist lifestyle then that will expand your opportunity to meet new friends. Resorts are safer and some resorts have many more people your age than a beach would. The resort I go to has more than 15 teenagers (13-18) who are regulars, they hosted the last AANR youth camp and focus on maintaining a safe family environment. Although.....now that it's cold I wouldn't expect to find many of them in the pool.

Doc,I didn't offer an operational definition since some define the upper limit as 18,21, 30, or 35. I believe however that it should be defined. My comments were specifically pointed at those that self-identify as retired persons, senior cit'z, and those that can only see the first 40,50, or even 60 years of their lives in the rearview mirror. Regardless of how immature one tries to be or how "young at heart" one perceives themselves - they are an adult; not a young adult.
