I'm fairly sure you don't need a BN card for Alton which, unusually, is run by the sports centre itself rather than a local naturist club which means you don't need to contact them in advance - just turn up. If you have any concern about not having a BN card I would just phone the centre before you travel any distance. Their number is 01420 82772.
I understand they usually get an attendance of about 30 at the weekly Sunday swim although on those Sundays which follow one of the eight or so Saturdays when the whole centre is taken over by the Southampton Naturist Group, the numbers dip quite low.

well \i went, i took my bn reciept with was fine. it was a bit weird being there on my own - not many people my age, so it would be great if I knew that some people may age were going. anyway, it was a great introduction and I'm definatly going back, hopefully with a handfull of people!
